Hello, Families! I'm excited to welcome you to the 2017-2018 school year at St. Francis and am looking forward to a full year of opportunities with your students. 

 

This will be my first year teaching and I am looking forward to beginning my teaching career as the 5th grade language arts teacher here at St. Francis. I graduated in May from The University of Texas at Austin and am proud to be an alumna of an incredible university and the College of Education. Over the years, I have spent much time tutoring students in reading and spelling through the amazing opportunities UT offered me. As a local Austinite, I'm excited to begin my teaching career in such a thriving city! 

 

I can't wait for the school year to begin and am looking forward to all the learning opportunities.
