  • Open House/Tour

The best way to learn about St. Francis is to attend an Admissions Open House. Join us then to learn about our people, programs, and purpose. Following a presentation, families can tour the campus.

Open Houses are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Complete and submit an online inquiry. Once an online inquiry has been submitted, you will be sent information and directions for completing an online application and admissions checklist via our Blackbaud Wolfpack Portal system. All forms can be uploaded to the Wolfpack Portal Admissions Checklist.
    A completed admissions file includes:
    • Online application with a $50 application fee
    • Current Report Card/Progress Report
    • Standardized Testing/MAP Scores
    • Educational Testing/Evaluations (if applicable)
    • Teacher Recommendation Forms
    • Current Writing Sample (Middle School Applicants only)
St. Francis School does not require an entrance examination as part of the admissions process.

*Applications for the 2027–2028 school year open on September 1, 2026. While our priority application deadline is February 12, 2027, we recommend submitting all required documentation by early February to ensure a timely review of your student's file.
  • Student Visit

Our team will carefully review each student’s completed admissions file. Once the review is complete, a member of our team will follow up with the next steps regarding a student visit.
  • Follow-Up

After the student visit, a member of our team will connect with you to schedule a follow-up conversation — a chance for us to share feedback, get to know your family better, and explore what a great fit looks like for your child. Additional information may be requested from parents/caregivers at this time.
  • Decision/Enrollment

Enrollment for the next school year opens in early March for accepted students. St. Francis School welcomes students throughout the school year, provided there is space available in the desired grade level.
Excellence without exclusivity since 1985. St. Francis School is an independent, interdenominational school providing high-quality education to children from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade.
