  • Open House/Tour

    The best way to learn about St. Francis is to attend an Admissions Open House. Join us then to learn about our people, programs, and purpose. Following a presentation, families can tour the campus.

    Open Houses are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
  • Apply

    Complete and submit an online inquiry. Once an online inquiry has been submitted, you will be sent information and directions for completing an online application and admissions checklist via our Blackbaud Wolfpack Portal system. All forms can be uploaded to the Wolfpack Portal Admissions Checklist.
    A completed admissions file includes:
    • Online application with a $50 application fee
    • Current Report Card/Progress Report
    • Standardized Testing/MAP Scores
    • Educational Testing/Evaluations (if applicable)
    • Teacher Recommendation Forms
    • Current Writing Sample (Middle School Applicants only)
    St. Francis School does not require an entrance examination as part of the admissions process.
  • Student Visit

    Our team will carefully review each student’s completed admissions file. Once the review is complete, a member of our team will follow up with the next steps regarding a student visit.
  • Feedback

    The admissions committee carefully reviews all admissions documentation and feedback following each student’s shadow visit. Additional information may be requested from parents/ caregivers at this time. A member of our team will reach out to you following your student’s shadow visit to schedule a feedback call and next steps.
  • Decision/Enrollment

    Enrollment for the next school year opens in early March for accepted students. St. Francis School welcomes students throughout the school year, provided there is space available in the desired grade level.
